It is the opinion of Action Rental that everyone would like to have every seasonal piece of Power Sport equipment. You have heard it said, “Variety is the Spice of Life,” but why do you have to buy and maintain it all? YOU DON'T! NOT ANYMORE!
This is a great opportunity for you. Action Rental has Rental Club Membership Available, Silver Club and the Gold Club, for those who want to have and do it all every season. This is one way to enjoy a variety of Power Sport Riding and never have to maintain or store the equipment that you ride.
Please read the following to understand what we at Action Rental are offering you for your Power Sport request as an Action Club Member.
We have in the Action Rental inventory at this time ATVs, Snowmobiles, Boats and (PWCs, Jet Skis). We also plan to offer Big Street Cruiser Motor Cycles and possibly Pontoon Boats as soon as this Program gets off the Ground. This is dependant on a supporting clientele that has the Vision for LOW PRICED Power Sport Rentals.
Action Club Membership is finalized with a 1 year Agreement through and upon reading and concurring with the following agreement.
1) Members will have access to all Action Club Rental inventory and will be allotted 12 Rental Units a year on their yearly membership. This rate will average out to $150 a day or 16 X 150 = $2400 for the Annual Gold Club Membership. The rate $2016 or 12 X $168 a day = $2016.00 for the Annual Silver Club Membership. (Boats and Pontoons will count as 2 rental units) All other agreements is based on the Action Rental Contract per the Rental Unit selected.
2) Action Club Member (hereafter will be referred to as ACM) is committed to a 1 year agreement with Action rentals. Any 2 year agreement receives a complimentary rental based on the values that have been shown previously just for seeing and participating in our rental vision.
3) There are 3 categories of Power Sport equipment the ACM can select from, Primary, Secondary and Wild Card equipment if desired.
4) OPTION #1 ACM's preference will determine the 2 main categories of rental equipment for their annual ACM contract i.e. Primary Category (Jet Skis) or Secondary Category (Snowmobiles). The designated Categories will be made by the ACM. The choices will be made from Action Rental Inventory.
5) The allotment for Primary and Secondary choice will give a Member a designated number of rental unit days in a specific category of Power Sport equipment. . The remaining Rental Unit Days are left for Wild Card Choices for ACM and can be decided at the time of reservation. Remember some categories of rentals go out in pairs i.e. Snowmobiles. The Boat reservations counts as two rental units.
6) The Wild Card units are ACM choices in any category including Primary and Secondary categories.
7) Wild Card benefits are as follows: If a Category Limit becomes a disadvantage to a member because of number of units needed to fulfill a planned event and exceeds their Primary or Secondary Choices, the Wild Card choices can be included as selections in the member’s primary or secondary choices.
Example:A Member has used up 4 of their Primary Choice allotments leaving only 2 left and they would like to take 3 units in that Category out by reservation. The member would then use 1 of their Wild Card choices added to their remaining Primary or Secondary to fulfill their plan requirements and make their reservation if equipment is available. The member would then have only 1 Wild Card unit left to use.
8) Option #2 Have only a Primary Category and select all Rental Units from a particular group. It could be all ATVs, Snowmobiles, PWCs or Boats

8) Club Members should schedule the reservations in a manner that will provide them the most security possible for equipment availability. Availability will always determine the ability to reserve, so do not procrastinate your planning and reservations. Call us if you would like help in planning. We can usually help you decide what would be the best dates for your outing.
9) All rules in Action Rental agreements must still be honored by ACMs.
10) Members are required to pay a one year membership fee. Damage Deposit will be taken same as a rental when units are picked up by ACM.
ACMs are committed to a 1 year contract or membership period. The time and date dues are paid, contract is signed continuing for a 12 month period is a year contract or membership period. A rental unit day is one rental unit for one day (See Rental Contract for rental period). Rental Unit Days can be given as gifts.
Exception: Holidays or Holiday Weekends are not available days to reserve for ACMs.
Any and all damages done to equipment by any ACM will be compensated to Action Rental within a 5 day period from date of when damage occurred. If not, Action Rental has the option of discontinuing this agreement or contract and seeking legal recourse per the Rental Contract.

This Rental Club relies on your business and it is our Vision to have an exhaustible supply of Power Sport Equipment for your pleasure. Imagine the future with low membership fees and all the equipment to pick from for your pleasure. It is a fact. The fees depend on how many members we can grow with. It is conceivable that membership could be a low as $135 a rental unit if we can grow the customer base and equipment inventory. We need you and your business to do it. This is just the beginning.
